Product Description

Bell jar and cylinder vacuum chambers typically use L gaskets to create a seal. The L gasket, named for its "L" shaped cross section, creates a tight seal between two mating surfaces. The seal helps prevent leakage by filling in any surface irregularities. The o-ring profile L gasket includes an added o-ring profile on the sealing surface of the L gasket for increased sealing capability. Our metal band clamps can be used to secure or hold a L gasket in place. You may also slightly lubricate the L gaskets with silicone vacuum grease to improve the sealing capability. Fits chosen size vacuum chambers which include all chosen size chambers in the Series VI, VH, and HI.

Warranty

LACO warrants to the original Customer that all new goods furnished by Seller shall be free from defect in workmanship and material at the time and place of delivery by LACO. LACO will honor claims in the event of failure of goods (other than expendable and consumable parts) as a result of such a defect, provided that a claim is made to LACO in writing within twelve months from the date of delivery.
