Important Statements
- Shipping is charged to customer shipping account for shipping to and from our facility, unless otherwise requested.
- $125 evaluation fee will be charged if the leak standard can not be calibrated or repaired, other calibration charges will be waived/refunded.
- An additional $215 repair fee will be charged if the leak standard can not be calibrated due to contamination. After repair, the rebuilt leak standard will be calibrated. Only applies to LACO manufactured leak standards. (LSLR01)
- All calibration customers must declare all chemicals that have been in contact with equipment being sent in.
- All calibration customers must verify the return material shipment is free of biological hazards, radio- active material, organic metals or mercury-contaminated chemicals. This is in compliance with Federal OSHA Safety Standard 1910-1200, Hazard Communications “Right to Know”, to ensure LACO personnel safety when receiving, disassembling, or servicing potentially contaminated equipment.
